We were greeted and checked in promptly even though it was a busy day. Luis, the service representative facilitated getting information from another previous service dealer in North Florida. He advised us about the service needed, time needed and cost, While there we walked over to new car section and we were greeted there. My lease was about to expire so I went in at 10:30 in the morning intending to get a price quote. I left at 2:30 or so with a new car. It was a no-brainer deal. I needed no up-front money and my monthly payments are nearly $50 lower than my previous lease. ...and the people, Alicia Stark and Saqib Khan, were an absolute pleasure to deal with!
Very nice dealership. Open space with comfortable seating while you wait. We only waited a few minutes for our sales person, who was fantastic btw, to meet with us. No pressure. Really a great experience, and we test drove and bought the vehicle in about 90 minutes total. The sales person also personally delivered the new car to my house as I was not trading anything in and drove my other car to the dealer.
Service was a breeze today at JM Lexus. Shedrick my advisor took really good care of my vehicle. I was in and out in no time, at least that's how it felt. I also have to say thanks to the mechanic who worked on my vehicle and to the detailing team who washed and cleaned it. The only thing missing were the bagels we used to get pre covid while waiting. Nonetheless very good overall.
