Low pressure but yet involved. The angst associated with most dealership interactions just wasn’t where. My advisor was down to earth, knowledgeable, and I felt as though he was paying attention to what I wanted. I appreciated the fact that if he didn’t know the answer to a question I asked he didn’t blow smoke. Instead Bruno asked a subject matter expert and found the right answer.
