We bought two cars and are overall happy with the purchase. We shopped a competing dealership closer to us who would not order the cars for us without a substantial deposit, and JM Lexus did not require one. One the other hand, the price on one car was increased by $800 because, we were told, door lights had been added on at the port, even though we did not order them and had already agreed to a particular price. Also, the trade-in value of one of our cars was reduced by $1,000, even though we were told that the price was solid. ...

Car was returned in great condition and washed. The owners lounge is very comfortable, nice amenities and the massage chairs did the trick on top of free refreshments. My salesman, Pedro Diaz could not be more accommodating. From start to finish he controlled all of the paperwork; including obtaining insurance and registration, as well as financing, and even obtained replacement for my expiring license plate so I would not have to go to the DMV, as well as transfering all of my windshield stickers to the new car, and explaining operation of the most important operation features. I would have to say that he made buying a new car “almost” enjoyable 😀
